Psychological support during the coronavirus pandemic
The global COVID-19 pandemic is understandably causing challenging and uncertain times. This page is aimed at providing some information that you may find useful in staying on top of anxiety, worry and stress.
Please note that during the pandemic all of my face-to-face therapy appointments have been put on hold. I am able to offer therapy appointments via Zoom or over the telephone.
Online or phone appointments are as effective as face-to-face appointments so please do not feel deterred to reach out and get in touch, should you need help and support. I have experience of offering therapy through these means, even before the coronavirus outbreak.
