Hi, I'm Kristina,

I am a bi-lingual (German and English) therapist and have been working in health and social care since 2003,  helping helping individuals find ways to cope with a range of difficulties.

When working with you, I take a dynamic and proactive approach, using a range of therapeutic methods. I can help you with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem and stress- things that may impact on having a successful life and healthy relationships.

I provide  psychotherapy sessions at the Bell Yard Psychology Clinic, as well as online and telephone appointments. I also work for an NHS mental health service for the treatment of anxiety and depression. I am fully accredited with the BABCP and the BACP.  Currently all face-to-face therapy appointments are on hold.

Ask yourself:

  • Are you feeling down, depressed or hopeless?

  • Are you feeling nervous, anxious or on edge?

  • Are you finding it difficult to stop or control worrying?

  • Are you feeling isolated or alone?

  • Are you finding it difficult to enjoy life?

  • Are you distressed by your memories?

  • Do you have concerns about your sexuality or sex?

  • Are there difficulties in your relationship?

  • Do you have low self-esteem or feel you are not good enough?

  • Are you experiencing work or life stress?

  • Is your response disproportionate to the situation?

If you are experiencing any of these difficulties therapy may be able to help you overcome your struggles with:

  • Excessive Worries

  • Anxiety/Panic Attacks

  • Body Image Issues

  • Confidence and Low Self-Esteem

  • OCD

  • Trauma

  • Anger

How can therapy help you?

Psychotherapy can help people in a number of ways. Some of the potential benefits to therapy are:

  • Developing self-awareness and knowledge about one’s difficulties

  • Learning new coping strategies and skills

  • Reducing distress caused by anxiety and depression

  • Having a safe space to heal from trauma or abuse

  • Having a place to share what may be difficult to discuss elsewhere
