Hi, I'm Kristina,

I am an experienced counsellor and CBT therapist, having worked in health and social care since 2003,  helping individuals from all walks of life find ways to cope with their difficulties.

When working with you, I take a dynamic and proactive approach, using a range of therapeutic methods. I can help you with anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem and stress- things that may impact on having a fulfilled life and healthy relationships.

I currently provide all therapy sessions via Zoom or by telephone appointments.  I am fully accredited with both the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Ask yourself:

  • Are you feeling down, depressed or hopeless?

  • Are you feeling nervous, anxious or on edge?

  • Are you finding it difficult to stop or control worrying?

  • Are you feeling isolated or alone?

  • Are you finding it difficult to enjoy life?

  • Do you have concerns about your sexuality or sex?

  • Are there difficulties in your relationship?

  • Do you have low self-esteem or feel you are not good enough?

  • Are you experiencing work or life stress?

  • Is your response disproportionate to the situation?

If you are experiencing any of these difficulties therapy may be able to help you overcome your struggles with:
