I provide a limited amount of therapy sessions at a reduced rate for those on low incomes. I accept Axa, Aviva and Vitality Health Insurance Claims.

Hi, I'm Kristina,

I am a bi-lingual (German and English) therapist and have been working in health and social care since 2003,  helping young people and adults find ways to cope with a range of difficulties.


When working with you, I take a dynamic and proactive approach. using a range of therapeutic methods to help you with anxiety, depresssion, anger, low self-esteem and stress- things that may impact on having a successful life and healthy relationships.

I provide  psychotherapy sessions in Central London, as well as online and telephone appointments. I also work in the NHS in a mental health service for the treatment of anxiety and depression. I have completed a number of therapy training courses in CBT, Counselling and Stress Management.
